The aim of the SimBa project (SIMulation with BAyesian tools) is to prototype a fully asynchronous Monte-Carlo engine for particle physics and beyond. Aside from asynchronous and parallel processing, SimBa will propagate not only simulation events, but also their probabilities, thus making it possible to use the whole spectrum of Bayesian tools in it.
